Drama

Every one of us has some type of exhibitionism in them. At some time or another we like to show off, sing, dance or generally perform. Only those of us who are really talented get a chance to be on stage but that does not mean that others cannot.

If you think you are good at controlling people and have a critical eye for any kind of performance then why not try and set up some home drama or choir sessions. Choose a popular play and invite people to join a drama group where you all read parts of the play and eventually if they are good enough you can arrange a performance at the local community center. Charge a small nominal fee each week for participants to join in which covers any costs you may incur and also leaves you with a small profit.

If you want to be very adventurous you can even film the amateur performance in your home, make it into a little movie and then post it to YouTube. You never know, one of your actors may end up becoming a full blown star after having been spotted on YouTube!

If acting is not your thing, then how about singing? You can set up a choir from your home, have weekly rehearsals and try to arrange a recording or performance at some point. People will be happy to pay a small fee to be part of a choir especially if you try and arrange a recording at the end of it. This sort of idea really plays to the human ego and you might end up having a lot of demand and need to do it more than once a week!
